I think he's done personally, but this is Lynch so you never know. Similar rumours swirled last Spring and nothing came of it. This Spring, the situation is the same I believe? The Raiders would have to trade for him with SEA, or Lynch would have to un-retire and use his contract's cap hit to force SEA to release him. Seems like a lot to go through for a near 31yo RB who didn't play last season and was injured and rather ineffective in '15.
Having said that, I find myself in an interesting position personally. I just happen to be OTC in the 19th round of a 14 team startup and now I gotta decide if I should draft Lynch just in case, over some long-shot young players and their theoretical upside. Hmmmm.

Honestly in my opinion this is a no-news story.
If you have followed Marshawn at all you would know he is done. In fact, he has even called the highlight of his career being able to retire.
I'm sure the Raiders want him but a lot has to happen for this to become reality and I highly doubt Lynch comes out of retirement.
The more important factor is Marshawn himself, not that the Raiders want him.
