Rishard Matthews..can he be #1 WR in Tennesse?

What would you guys pay for Rishard Matthews after the DGB news?

Not much more than before the news to be honest. I always liked him to get more targets than DGB this year but think Delanie is probably still Mariota's primary option.

The allure of Matthews is largely his price. The Titans figure to be a run first offense with low passing volume, and Mariota's apparent preferred target is a TE. Given all of that, if he wins the WR1 role he stands to significantly out-produce his draft position. However, if people start taking him 2-4 rounds sooner in a startup than he is going now, the value is closer to being about right, and at that point in the draft I'd prefer to grab someone else. Likewise for trade talks, I wouldn't go overboard with offers. This is a team in flux and there is a fair amount of risk involved.
