Looks like it's his left leg and that's the same leg he injured back when he was with Cleveland.

LINK
“It’s hard to watch,” said Lewis, who fractured his fibula and suffered ligament damage in his left leg during an Aug. 15 preseason game against Detroit.
I didn't see what the ligament damage was so probably not ACL/MCL type of thing.

Fantasy is a mother***** at times! You never know, with all of the injuries this year you could end up on the "other" side of an injury
I agree but also think that some people don't prepare for this. I looked through most of the teams in all of my league and tons of owners have just as many WR as RB. I don't understand this. While WR can get hurt it is usually the RB that is hurt.

When Charles got hurt West is doing fine. When Bell got hurt Williams is doing fine. I am sure Langford will be serviceable tonight also.

Why do people feel like they need to stash sketchy WR prospects over top of RB handcuffs? People need to start over paying for WR and then re-load RB depth.

Now obviously losing 3 of your starting RB is over kill but many people stash way too many WR (Randle, Woods, etc)
You talk like it's easy to acquire RB's. Guys in my league do not trade away RB's, even handcuffs. I tried to acquire both Langford and Williams multiple times this year but the price was way too high. At some point it doesn't make sense to pay for guys that in all likelihood will not start. I didn't have Charles, but West wasn't for sale either, not without a massive overpay.

There's so few RB's to go around and you make it sound like it's easy to just trade for them.
I would not trade for them. I would use every 2nd and 3rd round rookie pick and stash them. Plus when you do make a trade where you sent a hyped RB to someone ask for a depth pick or a lower RB stash back.

I am not saying that there are handcuffs on the waiver wire but as guys go through bye weeks and stuff they eventually drop handcuffs. CAP is a perfect example he is probably on the wire right now or he can be had back as a toss in for cheap.

This stinks because I'm a Browns fan and have always loved this guy's style for the last few years. It was finally great to see him put it all together in an offense that he was perfect for. I'm thankful my trade for him was turned down last week, but this is still awful. You feel for these guys that have these freak injuries multiple times in their career. Hoping for a speedy and successful recovery for him.

My league has deep rosters, so there's almost never handcuffs on the waiver wire. Besides, most handcuffs will never do a thing. So I'm going to waste a roster spot on a handcuff when the odds are they will never start for me, and even if they do, they won't perform. Most handcuffs aren't anything like Williams. Williams is a former star RB, so I think we need to slow down on the love for backup RB's.

Besides, there's only so many 2nd and 3rd round picks to go around. There's 11 other teams in the league that also want who they believe to be future starting RB's. Not to mention that sometimes you have to trade away 2nd or 3rd round picks to obtain a better starting player. I get what you're saying, but you make it sound way too easy to predict which backup RB's will produce, and then obtain that guy.

For team 1 in sig, I am a serious contender.

Would you move Dion Lewis to get AP if you were me?

That's exactly why I have a bunch of mediocre to crappy rbs on my roster all year. Guys like hillman, west, CAP, Sims, Mathews, Ivory, ajayi, etc. Obvioulsy a couple have panned out, but even last year people were giving me crap for holding on to Ivory for example. Rb is such a tough position that sometimes you just have to hold a few in hopes for an injury. The success rate is usually not the best, but for every knile Davis I hold hope out for, a west or Darkwa type eventually emerges.

So is James White worth throwing a decent amount of FAAB at? My only starters with byes this week are Abdullah, Darkwa and a concussed L.Murray. Hoping to leave Langford on TS since he will only be starting 1 more game more than likely.

Maybe we get a little more clarity during the week. I'm not sure if it will be White or Bolden. Of course I just dropped White last week because I thought I'd never need him.
