Your favorite Cartoons to watch with your kids

Postby Steelersfan » Sun Apr 08, 2012 9:38 pm

It may pain us to admit this but all of us fathers and even grandfathers know we watch cartoons with our kids and grand kids. Which ones do you like? Which ones make you want to pull your hair out every time it comes on?

My personal favorite to watch with my 5 year old is Little Bear. A good, wholesome show, and "Owl" reminds me a lot of Skip...

Green Lantern, Young Justice, and Star Wars: The Clone Wars are all good for both kids and adults.

For adults, try HBO's The Life and Times of Tim.

My two year old daughter loves all the Nickjr shows (Dora, The Wonder Pets, Max and Ruby, Little Bear too :D , Bubble Guppies, etc).

I've become fond of many characters  .

Cool thing is that ALL of those shows are educational in some way...

I like watching Sid the Science Kid with my 2 year old grandson, and imagine that gang growing up to drive the Mystery Machine and get a dog named Scooby.

The Dude abides! Haha! I too am well versed in the PBS line up of fine educational kids programming, and the early hours of viewing.

My little guy is into the Sprout network. Which has Super Why, Lazytown, Wiggles, Sesame Street and quite a few other shows. Its funny during Super Why when he hears that certain noise when they find a letter he will yell out a random letter.
