Help me draft

I have 1.02 and 1.04 in this year's draft. No other picks anywhere. Team in signature below. I'm taking lance at 1.02. I believe the guy at 1.03 is taking chase. I'm leaning toward taking pitts at 1.04. The problem is I wouldn't consider TE my weakest area. I think RB and QB is. I'm considering going BTB QBs and taking fields. Or maybe I go Harris. What would you do?

A very good case could be made for a QB here. But I would look to trade back from 1.04, get a couple more picks in later rounds, and let the draft come to me at 1.06 or 1.07.

in a 12 team SF, 6pt for all TDs.....I would think QBs are a premium. I like trading back to 1.6ish and picking up more pieces. If not, I would think taking 2 qbs and wait for a offer down the road. Don't take pitts that high...my 2 cents

I think you are okay at QB since you intend to take Lance at 1.02. If Chase goes 1.03 I’d be sorely tempted to take Fields at 1.04 (unless you are completely convinced that Wilson is the better of the two) and use your newly acquired QB depth to trade for a RB. Someone will want one of those QBs and overpay for them in SF I would think.

Don't worry about need; draft for best value.

Trey Lance at 1.02 is solid. I love his upside. At 1.04, I have no problem with Pitts or another QB. Go with your gut, which sounds like Pitts.

I really don't see how you take anything other than Fields or Wilson here. In a SF league they both the best value and the position you are most in need of (even with the Lance pick).

If you're not committed to taking 2 qbs, I'd consider going Chase at 1.02, then qb at 1.04 - I don't have as big a gap between Lance and Fields/Wilson. I wouldn't take any te this early, no matter how much is expected of him.

I’d consider this or Lance (if you’re sold) and another QB. You should shoot for at least 3 solid QBs in this format.
