I was runner up in last years championship and could’ve won had I started the right guys and not lost Godwin , Ertz, and DJ Moore for week 16.

This year I have 2 draft picks. 2.01 & 3.09.

I would say market value is Jacbos but I do love me some Terry

I would take the Jacobs side. It's a ten team league with shallow starting requirements. Studs rule and Jacobs is closer to a stud than Terry and Monty. I would rather have a RB that catches passes but I think Jacobs is still a very good fantasy asset especially in 1/2 ppr.
