Jameis Winston: SF Value?

With the Winston to NO news, obviously impacts his short term value for at least this year. That said, seeing a potential buy-low opportunity with a disgruntled owner. How would you value him after the New Orleans news?

Rather deep at QB with Mahomes, Wentz, and Lock - but can't help but think he can be acquired for cheap as a QB4 with a look to the future.

I wouldn't pay more than a 3rd for him personally.

Eh, you either believe in Winston, or you don't. I wouldn't bother rostering him unless I had Brees. Even then, I wouldn't pay more than a late 2nd or early 3rd.
