16 team SF, 6 pts passing/receiving TDs, .5 PPR.
Guy offered me Lock + 1.16 for Sutton. I’m thinking the pick is too low. What range should it be in though to be fair?

Seems pretty fair to me as is since QBs are probably quite scarce in a 16 team superflex league. Maybe you can ask for another 2nd on top of Lock + 1.16?
