12-Team SF Start-up Draft – Help

Hello All, I have finally decided to dive into the world of Dynasty after a long time lurking here. I am currently in a slow start-up draft with Pick 5.
Scoring is 1 PPR, 4 pt for QB TD. Roster (25 total): QB,WR,WR,RB,TE,SFX,FLX,FLX,FLX,DL,LB,DB

After 11 rounds (of 30 total) I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed as I missed out on a RB1 & sort of had to reach for the 2 QBs I liked and a stud DE.

QB: Wilson, Murray
WR: Nuk, Cooks, Sutton, AJ Brown
RB: D Freeman, R Freeman, Penny
TE: Kelce
DL: Hunter

Wondering where to go from here… Do I just keep taking shots on high-upside skill players? Do I just grab the best value that falls to me? Should I target a 3rd QB early like Dalton/Carr/Haskins?

Thanks for the response! I have not been able to reply due to a technical issue, but it is resolved now. I ended up grabbing 2 more QBs: Haskins and Lock. I don't really love my team, I fell in love with a lot of young/unproven players and I just don't have any depth.
