Quick - need some input from experienced SF players

Postby Wizard » Thu Aug 01, 2019 1:16 pm

My very first SF league's start up draft is about to start tomorrow and I have the 10th position. The player with the first pick has offered me the 1st pick overall for my 10th pick plus my 4th round pick. Sounds like a lot to me to move up 9 spots. What do you think? Accept, counter or decline?
QB -Tom Brady, Nick Foles Deshaun Watson

RB - Kenyan Drake, Darrius Guise, Tevin Coleman, Leonard Fournett, Kareem Hunt, Justin Jackson, Jaylen Samuels, Carlos Hyde, Duke Johnson Jr., Jordan Wilkins, CJ Anderson, Chris Warren,

WR - Davante Adams , T.Y. Hilton, Courtland Sutton, Devin Funchess, Doug Baldwin, Michael Crabtree, Antonio Callaway, J’Mon Moore, Dylan Cantrell, Keith Kirkwood, James Richie

TE - Zach Ertz, Harris Demetrius, Hayden Hurst

That price is way too high. I suggest not moving up in a startup because the price is always too high. If you're dead set on moving up for Barkley or Mahomes, I would say your 1st and 7th for the 1.01 and his 12th or something like that is the most I'd pay.

I would try to get a deal done before the draft begins. I'd counter with 1.10 + your 4th for 1.01 + his 7th or something like that. Someone could easily pay you more for 1.01 to grab Mahomes or Barkley when you're on the clock.

Counter and try to get his 7th back toward you even if it means giving up your 11th or something like that. The value is there.

It's more than fair. By ADP it is Saquon for Davante Adams + Josh Jacobs. I would rather have Saquon than that duo.

snap accept in superflex

Mahomes or

1.10 (fantasy pros consensus ranking) mike evans
+ 4.04 (fantasy pros consensus ranking) robert woods

This is not even a conversation. I would suggest the people telling you not to do this have never played superflex or probably FF.
