Haskina will either win it from the start, or earn it sometime earlyish in the season... barring unforseen success against Philly, Dallas, Chicago in their first 3 games.
Having that schedule and with Williams still out, I can see them letting Haskins get rolling sometime after the first 3 games... Throw out a sacrificial lamb for that run of tough games.

You treat this like any other rookie QB situation in the NFL today...if Haskins doesn't win the job outright, then Keenum or McCoy will have a short leash and if they suck...Haskins comes in within the first 6 weeks.
Like the poster above said, if Trent Williams doesn't play due to holding out...I'd be very worried with the prospect of Ereck Flowers protecting Haskins at RT. We saw what Andrew Whitworth did/has done for Goff and so it'd be big for the Skins to get Williams back playing.
