Last pick upcoming, who to take?

In a superflex startup and we are on the last round (rd 25) I have luck/jimmy g/ Tyree Jackson. Debating taking clayton thorson or nick Mullens. Which one is the better pick or should I just stab at another position?

I'd add Mullens for basically free as Garoppolo insurance.
