It depends on the league but personally I would rather have a young QB, a young (lots of potential but flawed) WR and a second round pick.

Rosen side.

Rosen himself might be valued around pick 1.07. The player that you get at 2.07 will be in a similar tier (albeit at the end of the tier) as 1.07. And Parker is a dart-throw that might have some minimal trade value in and of himself.

I think the 1.07 is the best asset in this trade. Rosen's future as a starter is totally uncertain, and a non-starting QB has no value.
