Anyone ever get close to winning a Superflex dynasty league with 1 QB and several good RB's?

It's absolutely possible but is often a function of necessity rather than a plan. Though it's possible to do it even in a purposeful way: If you can get two legit, weekly, better-than-flex starters by trading away a QB2, then you can stack your team to complement a QB1. There's massive risk -- if your lone QB goes down, then you're done for -- but it could pay off.

The rub is that I haven't personally seen any sustained success with this strategy. But, I have seen Championship-level teams in a single season this way.
10 tms 27 plrs PPR

I am taking over an orphaned team and this team only had 1 starter worthy QB. I did not draft 1 because I had more important needs to address Kyler was gone. I could not see myself taking a QB that may not start over a starting RB. By the 2nd RD all other possible options were taken. So and so on after every RD so here I am. I have a few other tricks up my sleeve but am a little noid about my situation.
Thanks for replying brah!

It depends on your scoring and starting requirements. If you need to start 2 RBs, 2 flex, and a SF, you would need to start 5 of the top 12 RBs to make up what starting a 2nd QB would give you. Is it possible? Sure. Is it wise? Not with the longevity of a QB compared to that of a RB.

If you couldn't land either Murray or Haskins, you might as well wait until next year to draft a QB. Jones and Lock won't be startable this year and the QBs should be better next year anyway. It's not really worth paying a lot of capital on short term solutions like Flacco or Manning either. Real solutions may cost you more than you want to pay. Not having 2 top 24 QBs in a superflex is a major handicap.

This is my 3rd year in dynasty Superflex and a team that doesn't have at least two good QBS has never won the championship.
