SF - Foles for Woods?

What do we think about this offer? I'm set at both positions, just looking for the best possible play. Woods would be my WR2 post inevitable Hill suspension while Foles would be my QB3.

I'm not a believer in Foles and would value him around a late 1st / early 2nd in superflex. I'd probably value Woods = 1.06 = Foles + early 2nd, so if you can get Woods for Foles straight up, I'd accept that ASAP.

I don't think Foles holds that job in the long term so I'd rather have Woods.
