I'm on the clock in a Superflex / TE premium league at 1.11.
My QB's - Jameis Winston & Mitch Trubisky. That's it.
Would you really burn the 1.11 on Daniel Jones? With Deebo, Parris Campbell, Hardman all still on the board.
Should also mention that Stafford and Rosen are on the block (2 diff owners).
Draft so far,
1.01 - Harry N'Keal, WR
1.02 - Kyler Murray, QB -> subsequently traded for Amari Cooper straight up!
1.03 - Josh Jacobs, RB
1.04 - Sanders, RB
1.05 - Montgomery, RB (my pick)
1.06 - Haskins, QB
1.07 - Hockenson, TE (my pick) - traded my 2020 1st for this
1.08 - Fant, TE - the 1.02 owner followed my play, trading his 2020 1st for this
1.09 - Metcalf, WR -(my pick)
1.10 - A.J. Brown, WR
1.11 - Me on the clock...
Daniel Jones at 1.11?

Re: Daniel Jones at 1.11?
Just couldn't do it. Yeah, Daniel Jones may be a staring NFL QB someday, but I couldn't pass on Deebo Samuel at 1.11.
Fortunately, I traded my next pick, the 2.05 straight up for Josh Rosen. Hoping he wins the miami job in a rebuilding year. He'll have to do as my QB3 this year.
BTW, 2.07 (pick #19) on the clock now. Daniel Jones is still on the board. I expect he'll easily go before my next pick at 3.05.
Interestingly enough Drew Lock went at 2.01 (#13 overall).

Re: Daniel Jones at 1.11?
That is about where he went in my 16 team 2 QB league...1.15. But we are IDP and TE premium. Both TEs and Bosa went before. If you want, it'd be a good time to trade up and grab him. Hard to argue at this point.pvillebiker wrote: ↑Sat May 11, 2019 10:28 am Just couldn't do it. Yeah, Daniel Jones may be a staring NFL QB someday, but I couldn't pass on Deebo Samuel at 1.11.

Jones finally went at 2.08, #20 overall. Woulda made a play for him too, but we have roster cutdowns to 13 before the season. Couldn't keep him and Rosen.

Damn, 13 man rosters!?!? How can you possibly draft and develop rookie prospects with such small rosters. That doesn't sound like much fun to me.pvillebiker wrote: ↑Sun May 12, 2019 2:08 pm Jones finally went at 2.08, #20 overall. Heh, yeah it's definitely tough. We do have 3 taxi squad slots for rookies only though.Hottoddies wrote: ↑Tue May 14, 2019 8:24 pmDamn, 13 man rosters!?!? This will be our 1st year with cut downs to 13, since our startup was last summer. I'm sure it'll expose a few owners as not fully prepared for the harshness of such steep cuts.
We also have a vet (everybody on the wire is available) draft in August. I expect lots of quality players available. Another wrinkle - the more you cut below 13, the sooner you draft in the vet draft -- to the tune of 1 round early for every player under 13.
Lots of strategy required though and it is really fun if you like a steep challenge. LOL
