Rebuilding in a 12 team superflex and own Kelce.

What kind of offer would it take for you guys to move him?

I'd be looking for a multiple first type of offer. He's not terribly old, minimal injury concerns, tied to an elite young QB, and TEs can play for a long time so he's a guy i wouldn't feel horrid about keeping.... plus he's TE1 moving forward IMO

Complete rebuild? I guess he would have to go, but I'd be looking for a young player you like with lots of potential and 2 1sts. I think a competing team would gladly pay that for THE TE1

I sold him for R Wilson & 2020 #1 ... I might have been able to get more but his cap number was somewhat of a mitigating factor. Plus, I was in desperate need of a solid QB. I equate that value to two #1s.

It’s really hard to assess value b/c there are so many many intangible mitigating factors from league to league ... in general, I would want to get the equivalent of two plug & play long-term starters.

It is a complete rebuild. I don’t feel like I NEED to sell him. However, I feel like selling him for a young TE++ could hasten my rebuild. I don’t know if a package of a Diggs + Hunter Henry + 2019 1st would be too much to ask.

And I know that this is a discussion board, not a team advice board. But it’s hard to gauge a player’s value in a bubble.

It depends on where the diggs owner is on him, but it most likely will be only one of those pieces or more likely a lesser piece with diggs, I'd rather go for Henry the 1 and another piece

Don’t think you’re getting anything near Diggs, Henry and a 1st for him. Diggs alone is probably about right.

Agreed. Diggs and one of those would be a great deal.

Thanks guys. Never been in a full blown firesale rebuild before. Hard to gauge some of these guys values.

He's a guy I wouldn't feel pressured to move.

If I were to move him, I would try finding the contending team that is a TE away. On his roster I would look for a young QB like Baker or Darnold type and maybe try to get a 2020 1st on top if you're full fire selling. The 2020 class looks to have better QB's in it, which in return pushes other WR and RB's that would be top 6 picks down to the late first, essentially extending the firsts value.

If looking to trade him for a current player. Maybe start a trade around a Golladay type piece.

We just had a trade like this in a superflex league where the rebuilding team gave up Kelce for Rosen + Davis. I guess it'll depend on if Rosen turns into a top QB and Davis lives up to his potential.

I just traded Calvin Ridley, Ryan Finley (QB, NCST), and Everett for Kelce in a rebuild, if that helps. It's a 12-team, Superflex, with devy. I expect that Finley ~low first/high second.

Way too much to ask.

If it's a full-on rebuild, ask for Engram and a 1st but be prepared to take Engram straight up, or Engram plus a 2nd.

I sent him for an early 2019 first + Sony, but this was in August. The guy retraded him for two 2019 1sts and agalor.

Engram for Kelce straight up? That’s seems radically low on Kelce. If the OP was asking too much his proposal was much closer to consensus value of Kelce than Engram.

Kelce is the TE1 in dynasty and is a huge positional advantage (along with Ertz) you should be able to get round 3 startup value for him. Diggs is being over valued in this thread IMO, so if people value him near Kelce you should look elsewhere. The value to your team that Kelce brings is much higher than Diggs
