What is Mahomes value?

Out of curiosity. Not only is this SF, but it is a salary league, and Mahomes is only $5 (out of 200). See team in Sig 1 below.

I do have good QB's, although Brees can retire after this year, but was curious as to what Mahomes value is?

As you can tell, I desperately need another RB, and would hope for a young cost-efficient RB like a Cook, Mixon, CMC, Melvin, Hunt, is this asking for too much? or not enough?

I was able to get a first and Dalvin Cook last year when Watson blew up, just before injury.

Mahomes value is sky-high right now especially in SF leagues. Add on that the salary cap, you’re laughing. You should be able to get an RB1 or RB2 and a 1st depending on the age of player you’re targetting.

Just curious though, and i know you didn’t ask for any sort of evaluation, but are you expecting to make a push this year to win? If the answer is no, it might be wise to hold onto Mahomes and sell Brees while he still holds a lot of value, but i’d wait until the halfway mark on the season and ship him to a contender.

If you do decide to trade Mahomes, demand a kings ransom and consider posting to your whole league that he is available. Just my 2c!

Thanks for the feedback. I actually am contending. My WR core is the best in the league, and if DJ can just be DJ, I can swallow the hit of my RB2 being my only weak position. I've been trying to sell Brees since last year, but because of his age, am not getting anything remotely close to what he's worth so I'd rather hold him. I've been getting hit up for Mahomes A LOT, especially because of his salary, but the best offer I've gotten thus far is Drake and a 1st (laugh). If you notice, I also have Baker on this roster who also broke out. So unless I can get a CMC, Hunt, esque player, I think I'll hold regardless and roll out Cam, Mahomes and Baker for the long term.

Although I don't like LF at all, that is a hell of a haul and would take it. Funny enough, the same owner owns both LF and Ryan. I'll give it a shot. Although Ideally I would love a Hunt/CMC + 1st + QB2/3

That is a fantastic point. It's so QB hungry, you have guys like Flacco and Eli with 15 dollar contracts. I'll hold unless I get a gross overpay, like what was being paid for 1.01 this past year.

A king's ransom... no question you don't sell unless you get one hell of a haul
