I have my first SF start-up draft upcoming in a few months. I'm currently in a SF league (took over an orphan) so I know how to manage the QB need, but I have no idea how to manage the early draft picks.
What have people found to be the most effective draft strategy in SF start-ups? Take 2 qbs round 1 and 2 and then fill in from there? Alternate QB/WR/RB, etc? Take RB/WR first then QB in round 2/3?
I know it's all draft dependent, but I've been running a lot of mocks but can't seem to nail down a strategy that I'm comfortable with. FWIW, it'll be a 10 team league including rookies in the startup

Re: SF Startup Draft Strategy
No one always takes 2 QB rounds 1 & 2, that makes little sense. That happens zig when everyone else zags. No 2 leagues are alike so you are going to need to be flexible with how the draft starts and let it come to you. I would have an idea how you want to build a team based on starting requirements, point structure, and draft position then have a back up plan to pivot should that plan go sideways.
