Hill. Garoppolo has his issues, but not sure Mullens is a better option. The only way Mullens will see play time is if Garoppolo suffers an injury. On the other hand, there's a non-zero chance that both Brees and Bridgewater are gone this offseason.

On a per-game basis, since he's been in SF, Jimmy G is no better than Mullens and Minshew...at 10000x the cost.

I think Mullens is a super-high quality backup but who knows when he'll see the field. Seems very unlikely that Jimmy gets benched if he implodes this year since SF's defense and record are so good. But I could see if they bottom out in the playoffs or completely miss the playoffs that Jimmy G's seat might get hot.

Would love to see Mullens get a shot again, stop with this Flacco, Fitzmagic, Dalton, etc. guys taking away playing time.

I would likely prefer Mullens if in need of a QB in a deep SF league. I think Hill will always be used for his football skills rather than as an actual QB. But I'd probably not have either on my roster except in SF leagues where all the backups are stashed.
