Watson, Luck and Foles? I know Foles' situation may not be rock solid but do you really need to go out and buy Rosen?
If, if, if, Rosen has a good year this year, right now would probably be the lowest his value will be. However, a meh year from Rosen could mean his value is waiver wire fodder. I'd be cautious about going out after him today.

This is where I am at. Not sure I need him. Not sure it helps me much as he will never see the field for me. My team is ridiculously strong though my depth is horrid.

I am starting to thing this might be a good buying spot. If the value goes up I can flip him or foles and get more in return. Obviously there is risk the other way as well as I know in the past holding onto Bridgewater and Osweiler.

Wait until the season is over and you can add him from the waiver wire for free.
He holds the ball entirely too long, throws a lot of routes way too late, and has no mobility or pocket presence.
Being behind another below average OL, he's gonna turn himself over right out of the league.

He was a top 5 pick last year in SF and 2 QB formats. Yeah he was bad but that offense was not possible to thrive in. He's worth a buy, two 2nds, meh.

Id pass...fitz will see time imo. My guess is, rosen gets lost in the mix up between the season and draft....not a spot to be in for you. A 2nd way out...ok, but id pass it its 2.
