cut Cadet - cap hit = 540 (135 / 405)

You cannot promote players from your PS until Wednesday morning at 9am ET.

I have reversed the promotion on MFL.

The cap hit for cutting Cadet has been updated on MFL.

Via PM Houndz requested the Cadet move be reversed as well. These transactions were posted at the exact same time and the Cadet drop was only done to make room for McCown so I'm going to reverse the drop as well.
