What is everyone's thoughts on his landing spot and his future value. I just took him in my 14 team IDP league where you can start 4 LBs. I loved watching him in college and he strikes me as a great football player and not a track star. Just curious what everyone else thinks.

I love me some Dawson. However Maualuaga must have some deep dark secrets about Marvin Lewis because he continues to get playing time and huge contracts for mediocre play. Dawson should play every down. Key word is "should".

It'll be important to see what we hear about him in camp. The worry that most alarms me is that some say he isn't a very hard worker. If reports like that continue, it won't matter how mediocre the guys in front of him are, he won't pass them up. I LOVE his potential, love the potential to be a 3 down LB and that he could some day be an LB1, but I just gotta see the effort out of him. Instincts (which he has, and which can't be taught) can only take you so far without putting the time in to improve your game.
