CBS only updates once a year it seems, so Sherwood and Nas should remain Safeties until next year.

Still just a stash, but may pay off down the road this year if you have deep benches.

Which one of the 2 would be better to grab? They are both listed as DB on CBS, tackle heavy scoring.

I'd go with Sherwood first - he seemed to be a little quicker out of the gate in camp. But playing time for either is likely going to depend on how many mistakes the Jets are willing to put up with in the short-term.
