Stud DTs
In a league where I gotta start at least 1 DT. Scoring favors big plays. I have the ammo to get a top tier DT and Aaron Donald seems to be unavailable. Who are good top tier DTs to go after- either producers this year and next, or guys with A Donald potential?

Re: Stud DTs
Buckner, Chris Jones, Grady Jarrett are who I think of. Cheaper options, maybe Fletcher Cox, Suh. Young guys, Jeffery Simmons, Jon Allen, I'm hoping Kinlaw.

Re: Stud DTs
I've been playing Simmons, and also Sheldon Richardson, in leagues where we combine DT & DE.

Re: Stud DTs
Kenny Clark has been injured and then more recently, not super productive, this year. Good buy low.
Autry and Suh can probably had for peanuts, especially if their owner isn't contending.
Buckner and Jones won't be cheap, but are great players.
I just saw Jon Allen go for super cheap in a league, so possibly his owners don't view him as a tier-3 stud like I do?

I have not been watching his film this year, but if he can be had for somewhat cheap, worth a grab

Re: Stud DTs
Tillers could very well be in line for a year 3 breakout. Showed nothing year 1 and became super cheap, has flashed at times this year, but hasn't been consistent, probably costs something now but not much,, next year could be a solid starter and if you had to throw him in for a game it isnt a total loss

Re: Stud DTs
Thoughts on David Onyemata of New Orleans? Similar floor to other DTs not mentioned, but good sack-fueled ceiling this year. Sustainable beyond this year?

Re: Stud DTs
Onyemata is having his best season so far. That said, the sacks are sparse anyway and having a couple extra so far this year isn't always an indication that will continue. I doubt he has significantly changed as a player now at the age of 28. I would consider him somewhere in that range of startable guys below the top couple like donald, buckner, and jarrett and below the high upside guys who could break out and reach that group like simmons, kinlaw, and Oliver.
