Trying to round out my 4 starting DB spots. Is Marlon Humphrey the real deal and worth going after?

I like him, hes been solid so far and everyone is always hesitant to start a CB when its not required.
Edit: What other Safeties are you considering as well?

I’d feel much more comfortable starting John Johnson than Marlon Humphrey in a DB spot.
