Hey Guys I just bought Winovich for a 2021 4th+2021 7th. He went in the late 2nd (32nd overall) in our 2020 Rookie draft. What do we think about him?

no idea, have him stashed for now looks pretty good. Pats defense lost a ton of starters in FA

Personally don't think he's a full time player, but that may change with the mass exodus and impending rebuild in NE.

Winovich was one of my favorite IDP's coming out last year. His motor and tenacity is insane. All he wants to do on every play is get the QB.

Then this article came out in January: (https://www.providencejournal.com/sport ... year-count)
Winovich finished with 5.5 sacks, 10 quarterback hits, 20 tackles and four tackles for loss. His 5.5 sacks are the sixth-most for a Patriots rookie in franchise history (or since 1982, when the NFL started compiling sack numbers). That sack total is the most for a Patriots rookie since 2013 (Chris Jones). The only other Patriots rookies with more sacks are Garin Veris (10 in 1985), Chris Slade (eight in 1993), Brent Williams (seven in 1986) and Chandler Jones (six in 2012).

What really made Winovich’s production impressive was his playing time. He never started a game for the Patriots and was used as a situational pass rusher, mainly playing on third down. Winovich played just 28.9% (291) of the Patriots’ defensive snaps in 2019. To put that number in perspective, Winovich played much less than every rookie who had more sacks than him in 2019 — Allen (634), Crosby (750), Bosa (780), Burns (478) and Sweat (724).
