Cmc for huge package. Help!

I offered zeke And a handful of toss players for Watson, s Curtis, Aaron Donald, Jaylon Smith, 1.7 & 2.7

He loved the idea but hated zeke.... my other back is CMC.....

If I sent cmc++ for D Watson, D Montgomery, Allen Robinson, Curtis Samuel, Aaron Donald, Jaylon Smith, Leighton V, 1.7, 2.7 and his 2021 1st & 2nd

Is that just a pile of nickels and dimes for the best player in dynasty or is there something there. Our league has a premium on defenders. I have pick 1.6 and most likely could not trade that pick for top 5 defensive players at any position. Having Buckner and Donald both in my lineup would give me an advantage but at the expense of the unicorn of all unicorns. This deal would fill numerous voids for my team but obviously lose the best player in fantasy. Thoughts?

I’d take that- it’s quite the haul for 1 player. CMC is great, but that’s 5+ 1sts for him if what you’re saying is true in regards to IDP value.

Edit: just saw the links. Didn’t realize it was a contract league. A lot more goes into that than a typical league.

Edit edit: having CMC locked into a 4 yr deal is huge. Most of the other players have 2 years left, think LVE was 4 or something. Makes it harder to accept imo.

The contracts can all be extended, but ya contract/salary makes a difference. 2 yrs ago I was third, last yr I was 5th. CMC aint winning me any championships on his own. I don't want to move him but I also think making a move that would fill out every other part of my team would be idea over 1 player.

The deal would be CMC and D Lawrence

For: J Jacobs, AJ Brown, N Bosa, D bush & 1.3

Trade calc has Jacobs, brown and 1.3 worth more than CMC where at bosa & bush would each be worth a mid 1st round pick minimum in this league

I am assuming this is further countering the zeke deal in the other thread. I was for that one and I think this deal is good as well. With donald scoring like that in a contract league that limits longevity I would have to consider him among the more valuable players in that league

That CMC contract is fantastic. For me, I would hold CMC and find another way to improve your IDP players. Your offense is set, you just need to improve your IDP guys and you should be in good shape.

What kind of IDP guys are going to be available in FA this year?
