16 team league. 53 man rosters, Start 11 on both sides of the ball. 2-4 LBs. Fairly balanced scoring between O & D.

I guess it depends on what your team comp looks like. I suspect most would value Kirk and Gallup as being right around a 1st in value for each of them. I expect regression on Leonard, but you're getting Jones as well. I'm not mad at either side of this trade.
If you're someone who values picks, that's going to be the side you take. If you like young dart throws with upside, I can see why you'd want the players.
