So, he's been conditionally reinstated and the Cowboys will have first rights to him. If they decline those first-dibs rights, he's a UDFA.
Thoughts on his value? My sig team requires 2 LBs with a flexable 3rd. Each tackle is 1.5 points and half a sack is 3.

He hasn’t played football in like 3 yrs... if he gets signed by a LB needy team I might consider putting in a minimum waiver bid, but I’m in a start 4 LB league with 16 teams and 54 man rosters. Even then, I doubt I’d pick him up.

None. I’d wager the probability is higher he never plays a snap than that he does. I wouldn’t bother with a roster spot on a guy who is simply a familiar name. Grab Josh Bynes instead and improve your chances.
