Is it too good to be true?! How long will this last?

Annnnnnnnnnd he's back to DE. According to Gary Davenport, there is no reason to believe he will be switched back to LB for the season.

I play on CBS and he has been listed as both DE and LB for the past season or so. Only a handful of players get two designations.

He really should be DE.

So Clowney is hoping to be traded to the Seahawks or Eagles, do you think he actually gets traded? If he gets shipped off to either of those teams will he stay at DE?

If he gets shipped to those 2 teams he will absolutely be a DE since they run a 4-3 base

Agreed, moving to Miami, Philly, or Seattle would lock in DE long term (assuming he’s signing there and their base formation doesn’t change).
