Adrian Phillips is now a must start from the SS spot for LAC.

Did I miss something, what happened to Derwin a James? Thought he just had a minor injury

Edit: oh wow, 3-4 months out. Might be a IR-ret candidate, but yea that makes Philips even more valuable. Frees up quite a few tackles

Anyone else feel like a lot of late round/UDFA
LBs are making noise this year?

Elliss, Eguavoen, TJ Edwards just to name a few.

I heard via rotoworld that Eguavoen could push Kiko off the roster.

He's been a very good player for a while now. The name to monitor in SF's DB group is Tavarius Moore. Long, rangy playmaker.

Thoughts on Justin Hollins, DEN LB? Thought he was an OLB, but the Broncos seem intent on him being as MLB. Nice metrics and, at least on the stat sheet, did well for himself in preseason week 3.

I don’t think the Broncos played any starters in Week 3, did they? As such, so long as you aren’t using that snap share as an indication on the regular season, he may be worth a dart as an injury replacement. Don’t know much about the player though.

Just found some interesting info on Sam Eguavoen, I'd grab him if he's available in your league.

Pro day numbers: 4.67 40, 4.34 shuttle, 7.15 3-cone, 38.5-in vertical and 10-ft, 5-in broad jump at an even six-feet, 227 pounds. Dude is pretty gifted athletically.

Edit: Also, Kenny Young played in the 4th preseason game, not usually indicative of someone that has locked up a starting roster spot. My guess is Board is above him on the depth chart.

Board was disappointing.

But I'll count Eguavoen as a win. Played 94% of snaps in week 1. Grab him while you can for free, could see a decent LB3 option for byes/deeper leagues.

Who is most likely to take over for Phillips? Jaylen Watkins, Nasir Adderly or someone else?

Think I saw that Watkins came in after Phillips was hurt

I appreciate the response. You are correct. Watkins played, at least according to the snap count. I didn't watch the game.
