Would love your thoughts on some LBs. Keep? Drop? Outlook?

Hey guys, would love your thoughts on some guys for 2019 (but also overall dynasty outlook). I play in a deep 16 team league where we need to start 3 LBs, so any guy with a sign of life is worth rostering. It's mostly tackle heavy. I'm VERY out of the loop this year for IDP stuff though. I'll need to drop a few of these guys, so which ones? And for the guys worth rostering, how do you feel about them? In no particular order:

Jarrad Davis - anything to worry about here with DET drafting another LB?

Jerome Baker - Showed signs of life last year, will he be something this year?

Jordan Evans - Cinci is weak at LB it seems, does he have any chance?

Nick Vigil - Was one of my better LBs last year until he got hurt. Will he be good again in 2019?

Kyler Fackrell - Probably a drop? Had a couple good games last year and GB seems weak at LB though.

Jordan Hicks - Definitely a keeper, but what do you think about him in AZ?

Anthony Hitchens - Mixed 2018. What about 2019?

Josey Jewell - I honestly know nothing about the dude. I picked him up at the end of last year as a stash for 2019. Worth holding on to?

Marquel Lee - Same as Jewell.

Adarius Taylor - Same as Jewell and Lee. I picked him up towards the end of last year when he was getting snaps in TB, but I don't know anything about him.

Kyle Van Noy - He's been good to me for a couple years. Thoughts for 2019?

I feel like I'm relatively weak at LB and I'll be looking for help this year. Am I maybe being too negative about the guys I have though, for a 16 team league?

Jewell SHOULD be a starting LB for Denver this year. Keep him for sure.

Drop Lee for sure. I would also probably drop A. Taylor & Fackrell, and maybe Evans. Evans is a solid stash if you have the room as there’s a slight chance he earns a starting role. If you need to cut him tho, don’t feel bad.

Do you have any thoughts on Jerome Baker or Kyle Van Noy this year? They sort of seem like my 5th and 6th guys when looking at my roster. Think either one will be startable at points during the season?

I see no reason why Van Noy won’t be a solid LB.

Baker & McMillan will eat into each others’ snaps I think. I didn’t like Baker coming out, to be fair.

I think Davis is a hold. Yes, he hasn't lived up to his expectations, but I doubt he isn't a 3-down back this year again.
