As for Allen, he’s only gonna be a LB if they switch to a 3-4, I’d bet on that

This is devastating to my team in sig, which won the championship last year.

No way I could afford to keep CMC, Hopkins, Hill, and Kamara, so I traded Kamara about two weeks prior to the Hill news breaking. So there goes Kamara and Hill. Then this Telvin news broke, so there goes a top 5 RB, the #1 overall WR from last year, and a top 5 LB from my team, all within about a month.

The only silver lining is that it opens up a lot of salary for me.

But what about Myles Jack? I'm assuming this has to increase his value and production? He'll be turning 24 at the start of the year, and he's got three years experience under his belt now.

What are odds of Ryan taking over MLB duties and Jack moving to Will? Or is there a chance that Quincy Williams can take Will duties?

Scuttlebutt is that Ryan and Jack will be the starters, with Quincy playing SAM (so even if he “starts” there, obviously not a full time role)

If that’s the case, I expect Jack to play 100% snaps, Ryan to play 60-80%, Quincy to play 30%, and Jacobs to play as a backup.

I would rather have a 4th round pick over Telvin.

You’re obviously very pessimistic on his outlook. Are you skeptical on him returning? Surely a year off isn’t of such concern, as players miss a year due to injury, and he should be returning healthy.

I admittedly was contemplating a 2020 4th (30 team league, double copy, likely late), but said 3rd to set a higher bar for feedback. For Burns, I got him somehow at 5.09 (first copy went 3.10), and am spooked on the 3-4 talk.

I am very skeptical.

It sounds like a possible addiction perhaps, and that could mean this spirals into a Josh Gordon, Aldon Smith, David Irving, Dion Jordan situation.

If that happens, LB is not a position where it’s worth it to me to waste a roster spot. Especially since we can draft the Zach Cunninghams, Fred Warners, & Jahlani Tavais of the world in the 4th or even 5th round.

I'm buying Telvin for a 3rd or 4th all day. No hints or even whispers of drug issues in his past. He could easily come back and put out 4-5 more years of top 10 LB numbers.

I’d start at 2020 3rd and go down to where your comfortable. Personally I’d hold and keep him any way I can.
