After watching him at Wisconsin, and seeing a glimpse last year....my money is on Leon Jacobs to fill in if needed. He is pretty athletic from his combine & pro-day numbers and was always around the ball in college. Was always hyped is a stud player in the making in Wisconsin. The reason why he was not really known is because he was injured ALOT.
I doubt the plan on a D2 LB prospect just drafted on day 3 that none of the media analyst's ever heard of is going to walk right in and start, but this does cause for us to do a little research on the guy.

Jacobs was fun to watch at Wisky but he was SUPER raw coming in last year. Who knows how much he’s been groomed tho, he’s had some great players to learn from in his rookie year.
I’d say 60% chance it’s Williams’ job, 30% that it’s Jacobs, and 10% that it’s some uninspiring vet.

I only play in 16x53 with 10+ taxi size leagues with full IDP. All are PPR and most value return yardage. So my opinions may be skewed To these deep roster leagues.
