I'm in a 12 team draft that is nearing its end and Josh Allen and Brian Burns went at 4.03 abd 6.06 respectively. That seems low to me on both of them. Its a MFL league with some savvy owners ( I think) so that LB designation seems to be scaring people off. I admit i was one I had them both in my crosshairs earlier in the draft and couldn't pull the trigger
x2

I had my choice of Burns or Abram and took Abram. 30 days ago, if you told me I could grab Burns at 3.02 I would have jumped on it.

I’m up in a couple picks and he’s still there, so I may be able to still get him.
TEAM A - 12 teams (2018 champ, 2017 R/U)
BREES, Jimmy G, Rivers, Dalton
COOK/JACOBS/GURLEY, Shady, Gio, Gallman, Walton, Ollison, D Washington, Scarlett, Foreman, Ware, Rodney A
NUK/HILL/EVANS/GOLLADAY/K ALLEN, Edelman, Alshon, Sammy, P Campbell, JJAW, Wims, Dez
KITTLE, OJ Howard, Herndon, Eifert
-
Not listing my IDP, but they matter as much as offense in this league
///
///
TEAM B - 32 teams, double copy - TEs get slight bump in scoring (1st year league, tanking this year to build through 2020 draft)
DARNOLD, Carr, Rosen, Eli, Tyrod
KAMARA/MIXON, Hines, L Miller
NUK/EVANS/OBJ/K ALLEN/HOLLYWOOD, Coutee, Latimer
ANDREWS/NJOKU, Ian Thomas, James O
-
Danielle Hunter, Ngakoue, and then a bunch of maybes for IDP

The draft I'm in had a crapton of young veteran FAs so I just loaded up on those. My team was seriously deficient at DB and DL.

4.08 Davenport, Marcus NOS DE
5.02 Ngakoue, Yannick JAC DE
5.03 Peppers, Jabrill NYG S
6.05 Hicks, Akiem CHI DE
6.08 Jefferson, Tony BAL. S
6.11 Brown, Jayon TEN LB
7.08 Harrison, Ronnie JAC S

Theres like 5 other guys I want but I'm already facing a roster crunch.

Zach Allen is a somewhat high floor, very low ceiling type of guy. MAYBE he can be Derek Wolfe, Manny Ogbah, etc

Anthony Nelson tested like a freak athlete. I’d gamble on him.
Thanks for the thoughts. Somehow pulled this off...

6.6 Anthony Nelson
*News broke of Telvin Smith and I got scared about missing out on the player I wanted at 7.6. So I traded for 6.15*
6.15 Quincy Williams
7.6 Zach Allen

I'm very pleased.

EDIT: Burns in the 6th etc. is criminal.

I have not taken allen anywhere yet, but the LB tag doesnt scare me, just the depth in front of him does and he really hasnt fallen too far in my leagues, 2.07, 2.07, and 3.01. One 16 team and two 14 team superflexes.

Burns has fallen a little further, 3.05, 3.09, and 3.11. The 3.09 was me taking him and in the 3.11 I took Abram at 3.09 ahead of him as I already had Frank Clark, Myles Garrett, and Aaron Donald. The one where I took burns Abram also fell to me at 4.04 which was nice. I would like to be able to add a share of Allen somewhere if he slips but so far he has gone about as I would expect

I got Burns @ 4.02. Maybe he's Aldon Smith, maybe he's Aaron Maybin. I'm happy with the pick.

Does Winovich getting a DE tag change things for people?
League #1- 14 tm ppr, 1Q, 2R, 3W, 1T, 1 R/W/T, 1K
1 DT, 2 DE, 2 LB, 1 CB, 1 S, 1 flex

League #2- 12 team PPR, 1 Q, 1R, 2W, 1T, 1 R/W/T, 1 R/W, 1 Def

I expected him to be a DE, given New England’s 4-3

This doesn’t change anything to me.

Oshane Ximines.

DE for the Giants, or minor noble killed at Kings Landing by the mad dragon queen?

I mean seriously its not often a guy gets drafted in any of my leagues I've never heard of. Everything I'm reading about him calls him a LB, but MFL has him listed as a DE. Anything to see here?

Typical small school prospect: overachiever, lots of hustle, etc etc.

Probably will be an OLB assuming the Giants stay with a 3-4?
