LB sit and Start weeek 5

Postby PNWHawkfan » Thu Oct 04, 2018 8:48 am

All right you guys Nailed it last week! I Have been all over the internet today and can't seem to find the same solid advice I got here last week so if it ain't broke don't fix it right? I appreciate all the help I can get guys.

Same great problem, (too many LB's) gotta go matchups.
1) Luke Kueckly (NYG)
2) CJ Mosely (CLE) (looks to be healthy again and I'm comfortable giving him the nod)
3) Darious Leanord (NE)(Will he play tonight?) if so is a solid start this week?
4) Fred Warner (ARI)
5) Telvin Smith/Myles jack (KC)
6) Corey Littleton looks like a good start against a run heavy Seattle offense.
7) Jaylon Smith (HOU)

What are your thoughts guys?

I personally am trying to figure out if I should start Jaylon Smith (HOU) instead of Darious Leanord... I expect NE to whip up on the Colts and therefore a lot of rushing plays second half = tackles, but worried about health of course.

I am watching it like a hawk man. If he plays it's hard to sit the tackle machine right now.

I feel okay about sitting Jaylon this week. I see HOU passing alot this week. I could be wrong though.

're Leonard, the Colts have so many players injured, not all the active players will actually play. Makes it nigh on impossible to predict whether and if so how much Leonard will play.

Team 2. PPR. 14 teamer. 1qb, 2 rb, 2 wr, 2 wr/rb, 1 wr/te 1 te, k, p, various IDP

I don't trust Leonard to play a lot this week, don't like Littleton as much against SEA just because theyre bad offensively limiting # of snaps, Jaylon for reasons you stated.

i agree with this. All Ram LB's should be watched with caution this week and next until MArk Barrons playing time is settled.
Darious Leanord is the biggest question. How do you sit him when he is the #1 LB in the league and hes active. NE however im gonna guess gets out big on Colts...leads to good amount of running plays. this is good. BUT since hes injured and the PAts are up big...will the colts not pull him to rest him? ughhhh.
ive got to start 4 of
Hicks
Leanord
Burfict
Avery Williamson
Bradley McDougal.
all have played well and i probably have to go with Leanord over say mCdougal mainly because i dont have anyone else this week to fill in if i sit Leanord and another one of by guys is out.
