I used to think there is one place where LBs corps is often a mess since many years : New York Giants

Major upgrade. Ogletree seemed to be a bad fit in Rams 3-4 scheme.

Ok with that.

A bad fit in Rams D and be plug in the perfect D for him. Huge numbers to come, easy +100 tackle season could be a lot more !

Aren't the Giants switching to a 3-4? I thought I heard that somewhere... Isn't that what Bettcher ran in Arizona?

It's been speculated (as has been that AZ may switch to a 4-3) but neither rumor has been confirmed.
TEAM A - 12 teams (19 R/U, 18 Champ, 17 R/U)
BREES, Tua, Jimmy G
COOK/JACOBS/BELL, Dobbins, Swift, Gurley, Dillon, D Washington, Gio, Gallman
NUK/HILL/EVANS/GOLLADAY/K ALLEN, Jeudy, Hilton, Ruggs, Edelman, Wims
KITTLE, Waller, Gesicki, Akins
-
Not listing my IDP, but they matter as much as offense in this league. The Bosa Bros, D-Buck, and Cam Jordan are my main studs.
///
///
TEAM B - 32 teams, double copy - TEs get slight bump in scoring
DARNOLD, Herbert, J Love, Cam, Brissett, Tyrod
SAQUON/MIXON/CHUBB, Gordon, D Freeman, Gallman, L Miller
NUK/EVANS/OBJ/K ALLEN/THIELEN, Hollywood, Lamb, Landry, Edelman
KITTLE/ENGRAM, Ian Thomas, Akins, D Walker
-
Danielle Hunter, Aaron Donald, and Chris Jones are the cornerstones of my IDP squad. LBs and DBs are rag tag for now.

Bruce Arians denied it would be a strict 3-4 scheme in New York but "multiple looks" (don't know if he's really in the confidence but knows surely better than us what he's talking about his ex-defensive coordinator)

I'm officially interested in the LB that the Rams are going to draft. Like Ogletree more in a 4-3, if that's what the Giants run next year, but I'm still wary of Giants LBs.

So is this the end of BJ Goodson?

It doesn't help him, but it's still up in the air for him to be relevant. No reason why there can't be 2 LBs in NY who put up good numbers - its in Goodson's court to be healthy or not.

Could be more of the same for him if the Giants switch to a 3-4 with the new DC

They could give Bryce Hager a shot...he fits a 3-4 ILB a little more than Ogletree and Barron. Just a flyer though.....
