Dan Connor has been working "exclusively" as the second-team middle linebacker behind Jon Beason this spring.

Apparently, he's not going to be given a chance to compete for the starting strong side job after all. James Anderson has been running as the starting SAM backer, though he's not as strong against the run as Connor. "I'm not really in charge," said a frustrated Connor. "I just kind of go with it." Some rumblings that Connor might be the lead dog to replace Thomas Davis as the WILL.
