He probably won't, but he deserves consideration for sure. Darren Sharper and Woodson are playing like young phenoms this year.meineymoe wrote:He has to be considered for NFL defensive player of the year, the impact that he is having for the Packers this season.

On Woodson's behalf, I apologize to my GDF3 opponent.moneyballer wrote:In our Gridiron 3 league. he scored 47 points this week. If I was playing him, I'd have an upset stomach. Amazing week. I agree that he should at least be up for consideration as a defensive player of the year candidate.

I think it's fair to say that nothing went right for your team this week. If it makes you feel any better, I'll be hoping for a monster game from Pierre Thomas tonight.cowboys85 wrote:Yea that's me. The AP has named Charles Woodson as the NFL Defensive Player of the Year.
I don't disagree with it. But mannn... Revis had a great year himself. I don't know if anyone has ever shut down that many stud WRs. Unfortunately, his own personal stats aren't as special as Woodson's.

Darren Sharper would have won it if injuries hadnt slowed him and the Saints defense down.Phish Brigade wrote:The AP has named Charles Woodson as the NFL Defensive Player of the Year.
