Link to Devy rules?

I'm starting a devy league, and I just want to make sure that the league runs smoothly and trading of rookie and devy picks is still possible. I would love to see league rules from some of you guys that play in these leagues because I'm just staring at a blinking cursor trying to think of cohesive rules.
