Devy League Setup

I have 2 dynasty leagues on MFL and I've seen people say they have Devy leagues on MFL but I don't see any college players on the site. How are people running Devy Leagues on the site?

You can manually add players. They don't accumulate stats, obviously. And then when they are added to MFL as rookies we delete the manually added version and add the rookie to the team.
