With the 77th and 79th picks in the Draft the Eagles select...

77. Emmanuel Ogbah, DE Oklahoma State: this pick gives the Eagles huge value at a position of need. Ogbah was a player the Eagles had a late 1st round grade on and they are now getting to snag him in the middle of the 3rd.

79. Jerald Hawkins, OT LSU: filling another position of need with a great value the Eagles begin shoring up their o-line with the addition Hawkins. This allows the Eagles to move Lane Johnson to left tackle and slot Hawkins in at right tackle. An important upgrade on the o-line.

Yea you guys can have those picks.



With pick #80 the Saints select Tyler Matakevich ILB Temple University. This guy is good and he will help stop run run from day 1, I'm not sure about his pass defending skills but I'd love to see him in Black and Gold regardless. I would love to pair Matakevich with Anthony for the future kind of like how Minnesota has Anthony Barr and Eric Kendricks.
