New 2015 Start-Up - Auction & Contracts

I'm starting a new league, I need 11 committed owners. I have PDF file with complete bylaws for the league. An overview of the league is below.

• 12 teams / 2 conferences / 4 divisions of 3 teams
• 6 of 12 teams qualify for playoffs; each conference sends 2 division winners and 1 wildcard Divisions WILL NOT change to create rivalries (I will entertain requests for people who want to be in the same division)
• League play is head to head competition.
• Entry fee will be $30 (100% of this will be paid out each year)
• All non-commissioner franchises will split http://www.myfantasyleague.com site costs $7.25
• We will use a 0.5 PPR scoring format with yardage.
• We will start 10 players each week. QB, 2 RB, 3 WR TE, K, DST, 1SuperFlex (QB/WR/RB)
• There will be (reasonable) roster minimums at each position.
• 1 IR spot – NFL player must be on IR to be put on fantasy IR.
• Initial draft is a auction draft done via league site email, 10 starters, 10 bench & 1 IR
• Champion and runner-up will get 11 & 12 pick in rookie draft.
• Remaining rookie draft sorted by formula including all-play, possible points, and power rankings on league site. This will give best pick to worse team and hopefully address owners who do “stealth tanking”.
• Contracts, rookies, etc.
• Each year you will be able to hand out a certain number of contracts at a certain length.
• Released players will then go through an email auction to simulate a free agency period.
• Then there will be a normal Rookie draft (no free agents, all rookies)
• I will use LeagueSafe.com to collect entry fees and distribute winnings.
• Payouts are NOT top heavy because at $30 this league is more about the challenge than the desire to win big bucks.
• Be sure to read the “Conduct” section of the rules, especially part about team names.
