The dispersal is quite solid. Burrow and Lamar both available in a 3 team dispersal.

I should have mentioned that all 3 teams have all of their 2024 and 2025 picks, and there are two extra 2024 firsts in the pool that have not been added to the Dispersal sheet yet.

Individual 24 picks are all in the draft pool, yes.
The '25 picks are assigned to the teams as normal and are not in the pool.
