I'm looking for a contract / salary league to join. I'll outline what I am looking for -

Contract / salary cap
Ideally offence only, but happy with IDP
Ideally sleeper, but happy with MFL
Ideally start up, but happy with dispersal
Ideally $10-30, but could go to $50
