I'm especially looking for people who are willing to rebuild a team if they are not contending. I know a rebuild can be a multiyear ordeal so I'm keeping the buy in low($35, includes MFL fee) to encourage serious rebuilding(NOT TANKING)if necessary. But low buyins don't mean mentally checking out! You ARE going to get offers in this league, and sometimes they WILL be bad offers. That's just the nature of the beast. Try and explain why you aren't interested in a trade if you decline and don't ignore offers. Atleast give a no thank you and decline the offer. If you are really tired of receiving offers just let someone know you need a x week break from trade offers. Let's try and keep the whole ,"Does this guy think I'm an idiot!?! Screw him." to a minimum. We are all idiots sometimes and make bad offers. Just let it go.
I have grown tired of leagues where a team is slowly run into the ground before the owner quits so please be willing to right the ship if things go wrong. If you don't understand how to rebuild a team, please consider another league.
All that said, it's your team to run it how you want. I don't overturn trades unless there is collusion. You thought James Robinson was worth 2 1sts a month ago. That's your(bad
) decision. Just don't bail on the league at this point. Fix the problem.I will ask that you pay for any year you trade a draft pick from. This allows you to control your team but won't punish the league if you bail and we need to find someone willing to take on an orphan. Also, don't join if you are going to bail after going all in on a season.

So specifics will be 12 team, 6 pt passing TD, 1ppr for RB and WR and .1 point for every yard rushing or receiving , 1.5ppr for TE+1 point for every 8.5 yards receiving.
