Dynasty Startup (like no other) - League Safe $100

Guys,

I am starting a brand new very different $100 dynasty league. The theme is American Warriors with team name after movies. It is a 2 player pool (separate for each conference) of 12 teams each so 24 teams total. Each conference holds its own playoffs in Weeks 14-16 then the leagues come together in Week 17 (Super Bowl, 3rd and 5th Place Games). Initial draft is hybrid auction (rookies and vets) wherein 72 players in each conference (an average of 6 per team) are nominated followed by a 3rd round reversal draft. This way each owner can obtain any player he wants. Also, with no limit on number a players an owner must roster in the auction an owner can build his own unique team. There are no salaries as this is just for the auction. In subsequent seasons the draft is rookies only same order each round.)
