* $100/annual entry fee paid each year before rookie draft which usually begins a week after the NFL draft. 50% OFF FIRST YEAR!
* All fees are collected through Leaguesafe and are paid out in full each year with the exception of the MFL site maintenance fee and the jackpot holdover.
* $250/year is deposited into the Jackpot which currently has been built up to $1,950. Trifecta Jackpot pays out to each team that Wins 3 Championships.

* Roster size = 25 players with an additional 2 in-season IR slots and a 5 player Taxi Squad. Off season roster size increases to 30 after the rookie/free agent draft but must be cut back to 25 by week 1.
* Deeper starting lineup of 1 QB, 2-4 RB, 2-4 WR, 1-3 TE, 1 K, 1 Def = 11 total.
* Rookie drafts are slow email snake draft of 8 rounds which include both Rookies and Free Agents. Rounds 1 to 5 take place in May, then rounds 6 to 8 occur right before the regular season starts. This makes the early 6th round picks valuable.
