Champions League Dynasty - mimicking European soccer with five "domestic" conferences and three interconference Cups two matchups per week

Five 12-team conferences operate like normal 12-team leagues. 14-week regular season, Playoffs Weeks 15-16. At the same time, all teams compete in one of three cups (Gold, Silver, Bronze) based on how they finished the prior year.

Looking to fill twelve slots per the following:
Two-team dispersal in Alpha Conference
Single-team takeover in Beta Conference
Four-team dispersal in Delta Conference
Three-team dispersal in Gamma Conference
Two-team dispersal in Omega Conference
